Home Gym Update
This pandemic has put a damper on my love of going outside of my home to workout... so I decided to update our basement gym area. The current space for our home gym also co-exists with our sons' "nerf gun training room," so we needed to make sure the space could still be shared. I decided to choose two colors to paint the space that went well together and would update the room. I saw an awesome home gym on Pinterest that used Sherwin Williams Naval - and knew that I had to use it too! I paired Naval with Sherwin Williams Rhinestone, a light grey that complimented the blue. I also just used a flat white to paint the ceiling, and a white semi-gloss to go over the baseboards. We already had a treadmill but since I wanted to do classes online, we installed a TV on the wall that can easily be seen for classes.
